Jennifer Allen 21, exhales a large amount of water vapor from a battery powered vapor pen.  A food grade juice made mostly of vegetable glycerin is placed on tiny cotton wrapped coils that heat and release the juice as vapor.  The juice can be infused with a large variety of flavors and nicotine levels.  There is some debate as to whether "vaping" is a completely risk free alternative to smoking.
